About cancellation

• Preorder items: you can cancel in the next 3 days after you place your order.

• In stock order: you can only cancel your order within 24 hours.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Pins cannot be returned however you may exchange or get a refund under the following circumstances:

1. The item you received was damaged (the pin has major damage such as broken back posts).

2.You received the wrong item.
